Lender Notification:
You are responsible to keep the lender informed of the following corrections to the school’s records:
- Change to your name or social security number.
- Move/change your address.
- References including borrower’s next of kin.
- Driver’s license number and State of issuance.
- Any other change in status that would affect your loan status. (for example, the loss of eligibility for an unemployment deferment by obtaining a job).
- Withdraw from school or drop below half-time enrollment. (usually less than 6 credits)
- Transfer to another school.
- Graduate.
